Software that pays for itself in hours returned.

We automate the work your team does by hand and build the web and mobile products around it. Starting from zero or joining a business that's already running, we push the goals that matter: conversions, enquiries, hours given back. A developer, a designer, and a marketer, all senior, with smart tools we've already built and new ones made just for you.

What we do

Six things, done by the same people start to finish. Anything outside this list we'll tell you honestly isn't ours.

AUTOMATE

Automation & internal tools

The dashboard, the importer, the report your ops team rebuilds by hand every Monday. We time it first, so you know the hours it returns.

A conveyor of tagged items feeding a task engine that ingests, transforms, validates, reports and notifies
Typical 3–6 weeks
INTEGRATE

Systems that talk to each other

The CRM, the warehouse, the billing platform, the spreadsheet nobody will give up. Wired together so data stops being retyped by hand.

A central hub wired to a database, a cloud store, a payments service, a spreadsheet and a CRM contact
Typical 2–5 weeks
BUILD

Web applications

Next.js and React front ends over PHP or Node services. Typed, tested and deployed on merge, so shipping stops being an event.

A web application dashboard showing revenue, orders and conversion with a trend chart
Typical 6–10 weeks
SHIP

Mobile products

Flutter or React Native, one codebase, both stores. The design system is shared with the web build, so the two never drift apart.

Three phone screens from one codebase: an overview with a revenue chart, an activity feed and a menu
Typical 8–14 weeks
MEASURE

Growth & measurement

Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console and paid search wired up on day one, so the second iteration is decided by data, not opinion.

A signal-quality dial at 74% beside event and conversion counters over a field of bar charts
Ongoing
OWN

Our own products

We build and run our own software too. Client work funds it, and having to live with what we ship keeps our standards honest.

Selected work

Two live engagements (one our own product, one an ongoing client retainer where we own the build, the ads and the search) and a third client build under way.

Our own product / NYC

NeonBoard: the kanban board small teams actually keep using.

Generic boards get abandoned, so this one isn't generic: every team gets custom fields shaped around the process they already run, set up during onboarding and then out of the way. Installs as a real app on any device, opens instantly on a bad connection, and the free tier is free forever rather than for fourteen days.

Ongoing client / NYC

Advantage Home Care: one team for the site, the ads and the search.

A licensed New York home care agency running two funnels at once: families requesting care, and caregivers applying to work. We own the whole stack, from the website build to the paid advertising, the SEO, and the growth experiments that decide what gets built next. Still ongoing, too. Search visibility compounds month over month, and we keep the build maintained instead of handing it over and forgetting it.

Client project / Interior design

Avto Sense: the whole digital side of an interior design business.

A client we support end to end on the digital and software side, rather than for a single deliverable. The build is under way now; we'll write up what it does and what it returned once it's live.

How we work

Four habits that keep a build on schedule without anyone having to chase it.

Scope in a week, not a quarter

One free call, one written scope, a clear plan. If we can't describe the first release in a page, it isn't scoped.

Design system before screens

Tokens and components first. Every surface after the first one gets cheaper instead of more expensive.

Automated tests carry the confidence

CI on every merge, staging that mirrors production. We ship on Fridays because nothing depends on someone remembering.

Measurement from day one

Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console are wired up before launch, so the second iteration is decided by data.

Questions

Who actually does the work?

A developer, a designer, and a marketer, each with more than ten years in. No junior layer, no account manager, just you and the people building it.

How do you decide what's worth automating?

We time the task before we quote it. If the hours it gives back over a year don't comfortably cover the build, we'll tell you and point you at a cheaper fix. Sometimes that's a spreadsheet formula, not a project.

Do you work with existing codebases?

Often. We'll audit first and tell you honestly whether it's worth extending or replacing, even when the answer costs us the bigger project.

How do you use AI in the work?

For design exploration and code generation, reviewed by the person accountable for it. It compresses the boring middle of a build; it does not decide architecture.

What time zones do you cover?

We work Eastern time out of New York, which covers the whole US working day and European afternoons. Remote clients worldwide.

Free call

Let's talk about your business.

A free 30-minute call about your goals. No pitch, no quote. We work for mutual success: tell us as much as you can about where the business should go, and you'll leave with a written recommendation whether or not we end up working together.
