What we collect, and what we do with it.

Premier Logic LLC is a software and automation studio in New York City. We operate this website and a client dashboard that reports on how our clients' sites perform. For anything in this policy, write to hello@premierlogic.nyc.

If you send the contact form, we receive what you typed (your name, email address, company and message) and use it to reply to you. It is stored in our own database and read by the people who answer, not fed to advertisers or mailing lists you didn't ask for.

This site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. The only browser storage it uses is a preference for light or dark theme.

The dashboard connects to Google services only when an authorized user explicitly links a Google account through Google's own sign-in. Each connection asks for specific, read-oriented permissions, and this is exactly what each is used for:

Basic profile (email). Used once, to label the connection in the dashboard so you can see which Google account a report comes from.

Search Console. Used to list the properties a connected account can see, to read search performance (impressions, clicks, position) and index status for the property you choose, and, only when you ask the dashboard to add a site, to create and verify that property on your account.

Google Analytics (read-only). Used to list the Analytics properties a connected account can see and to read daily counts of the specific events you choose to show on your report. Nothing is ever written to your Analytics account.

Google data appears in the dashboard for signed-in, authorized users of that client's report and nowhere else. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models. No person at Premier Logic reads it except to support you at your request or as required by law.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Connection credentials and the report data fetched from Google are stored in our database, hosted in the United States, encrypted in transit, and readable only by the dashboard's own server; not by other clients, and not from a browser.

Disconnecting a Google connection in the dashboard deletes its stored credentials immediately. You can also revoke Premier Logic's access from your own Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which cuts off our access even if you never touch the dashboard again.

Collected report history is kept so your charts don't lose their past; email hello@premierlogic.nyc and we will delete it, along with anything else we hold about you, within 30 days.

The dashboard sets a session cookie so you stay signed in, and a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in to protect the handshake against forgery. Neither follows you around the web, and there are no third-party or advertising cookies anywhere on the site.

If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page changes first, with a new date at the top. Material changes to how Google data is handled are announced to affected clients directly.
